How to do Anulom Vilom Pranayam

Following steps are help you to understand how to do Pranayam

• First of all sit in any meditative posture and close your Eyes.

• Rest your left hand in your knee use right hand for these.

• Use your thumb and Middle finger by use of thumb close your right nostril and inhale form left nostril inhale as much as oxygen you can and now by closing left nostril exhale with right nostril.

• Now again inhale with right nostril and do the same thing and repeat these process.

• You can do these for 2 to 5 minutes.
